This is a pencil drawing of a koala. It was one of the koalas that was taken care of by the Koala Hospital in Port Macquarie Australia. Koalas are threatened with extinction because they lose a lot of their habitat and eucalyptus trees. I donate part of the proceeds of this drawing to the Koala Hospital.
About Casey 'Remrov' Vormer
My name is Remrov. I'm an autistic and self-taught pencil artist who makes photorealistic pencil drawings of everything I find interesting, mainly animals. Because of my autism I see and experience the whole world differently and in tiny little details. My drawings tend to be this way too, very precise and detailed. When I'm out in public I often get very overwhelmed by all the sensory input I receive all at once, and this can be very chaotic. When I'm working on a drawing I only have to focus on one thing, the details of my drawing. This is one of the reasons why I love drawing so much. I am a huge animal lover and I find it very important to help animals with my drawings. I often donate part of the proceeds of my work to good causes...
